Financial workspace records stay in local browser storage. Account and support information follow a separate route.
Your manual asset entries, liabilities, goal, monthly amounts, currency and snapshots are stored locally. They are not uploaded by signing in or by using the contact form.
Local storage is not an encrypted vault. Other people with access to the browser profile may be able to see the file. Avoid account numbers, passwords and sensitive identifiers.
Backup and local controlsRegistration and support forms send the information you explicitly enter. A signed-in support request is linked to that account.
The financial file is not part of those messages. Use a brief description of the question without copying financial records or bank credentials.
Read the privacy noticeExport creates a JSON copy on your device. It is readable text, not an encrypted archive. Store it in a place suitable for your information and share it only if you intend to disclose its contents.
Signing in does not restore local records. To continue on another browser, export a backup from the first and restore it on the second. Restoring replaces that browser's current file.
